We're a quick message away
Reach the Flock team directly. We read every message and typically reply within 1–2 business days.
So we can sort things out on the first reply, include:
- The event name (or its 6-character join code)
- Your device and iOS version
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the Profile tab
- A short note on what happened, and a screenshot if you have one

- Delete your account
- In the app, open Profile → Delete account to permanently remove your account and personal data.
- An upgrade you paid for hasn't applied
- Per-event upgrades unlock that event as soon as payment clears. If it hasn't, reopen the event to let fulfillment finish — still nothing? Email support@flock.pics with your App Store receipt and we'll sort it out.
- A guest can't join
- Flock is on iPhone for now. Make sure they've installed the app, then scan the QR or enter the 6-character join code exactly.
- Save every photo
- Open the album, choose the photos (or Select all), and tap Save to drop them into your camera roll in full resolution.
